I want to share my review about safari in Dubai, in general I liked everything, the excursion is worth its money 100%, and now let’s go into detail:
Having read the reviews could imagine that there is a complete horror – fed poorly, disgusting attitude of employees, problems with payment and difficult booking, I can not agree.
I booked for 5 sec on the site, made a prepayment and gave the rest on the spot, no extra money was taken, only according to the price indicated on the site.
After booking I was contacted by a girl manager on WhatsApp, unfortunately I did not write down the name. I booked at night, to my surprise they wrote immediately, it turned out that they WORK AT NIGHT and respond quickly.
The manager clarified all the details about my hotel. The driver from the reception called me in my room when I arrived, on the day of the excursion, If you do not have roaming or mobile internet, you will not get lost)))
Picked me up in a white Cruzak 200-ka +- in time, the driver was dressed in national clothes. The car was clean)) somewhere I read in the reviews – why Arabs don’t drive???- everyone works.
The driver was polite and tried to show and tell me something on the way. We passed through the college campus and the planetarium. We picked up 4 more people on the way. There were 7 of us in the car with the driver. It took us about 55 minutes to drive into the desert. Then we made a stop at some transfer station and we were offered to go to the toilet or who wants to ride quadricycles. Nothing was imposed. The driver went to deflate the tyres. While we were waiting, I heard the dialogue of two ladies from our car, who, unfortunately, understood almost nothing and from this got angry and not much spoiled the atmosphere of the excursion.
The riding itself is fun! I was on different safaris – Egypt, Turkey, Jordan. But in Dubai I liked it, – it was very good!!!!. The car does not shake, the sand is soft. The driver didn’t miss a single barchan!!! It was fun, the driver was putting music to our band.
We made a “photo-stop” on the top and from there the view is simply FIRE!!!!! The dream, probably, of all girls for a photo shoot)))) stayed there for about 30-35 minutes and then went at a slower pace. The driver pumped the tyres back up at the petrol station and we went to the camp. Very colourful place, bamboo and straw fences, inside a stage and seats. The driver took us to the table and showed us everything. Of the three shows, only the fire show was memorable. The artists played with the audience. Oriental dances for amateurs (just not to surprise me), 2 girls danced. There was some other artiste, didn’t remember the name of the dance. On food – we were fed with snacks (I don’t know the name, but it’s something local), original. Then after about 40 minutes they opened a buffet. I’ll say this – there were a lot of dishes in different variations and you can certainly choose something. Of meat – chicken leg, chicken and beef on a skewer. In short, I was not hungry)))
When I returned to the table, those ladies were indignant and discussed that it would have been possible to prepare cutlets or Olivier salad, but not all this)))), I don’t see the point of going to other countries, exotic islands and looking for Olivier there, it’s nonsense. I often go abroad for work, and every new country and new place is something local and special!
The whole event ended at about 8.40pm and at about 9.50pm I was already at the hotel.
Of course for those who have never been – I recommend it, Safari – super!
Many companies do on a slapdash, for a tick, to squeeze money only from the client! (Had unfortunately such an experience). These guys are really good from communication online to transfer to the hotel by car after the tour.
And the price is good and the managers are always in touch and respond promptly. ( even after the excursion!)
Food for 4. Thank you that it is there at all for this money )))) and it is very funny to read the claims of others when English is not spoken, nothing is understood, nothing is asked, everything is wrong and wrong instead of enjoying this wonderful trip!!
